BTW, if you have watched the video and noticed the "slow motion" section of Rupert, and think it would be a good idea to have video of your own riding position, let me know!
I can get better results than you see in the above video set up; it will involve lights so that I can use a faster shutter speed, but...
1. You'll feel like a film star (not really)
2. You will be able to study your pedaling style and riding position in detail.
