The Sussex Nomads Will be holding their Fartlek training sessions every Thursday starting from the 24th April at 6.00 pm from the Albourne Bus stop. Everybody is welcome to join the Nomads in these Road Racing scenario training sessions. see Bikely map below for details of route:
